Say Hello to Derek. He's a Charolais Bull. They're a very special breed of almost pure white cattle, renowned for their love of roaming (which makes them perfect for bull spotting).

Derek is five years old and he weighs about a ton. He lives in a field, along with a couple of his heifers. When it comes to bulls he's pretty much the daddy. Nobody messes with Derek.

His hobbies include bellowing and wandering around.

He's mostly got grass and heifers on the brain."
